Dr. Nathaniel Moore is Board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He attended Stanford University for his undergraduate work and then moved on to the Duke University School of Medicine for his graduate studies. Upon completion, Dr Moore moved out to Colorado to complete his residency in family medicine at the University of Colorado’s family medicine program at Rose Medical Center.
In addition to family medicine, he has a special interest in addiction medicine, treating patients with opioid use disorders as well as alcohol addiction. In 2014, he began his addiction medicine training and became Boarded in Addiction Medicine in 2017.
Dr. Moore is married with 3 children, and enjoys mountain biking, running and playing golf.
